I didn’t receive my refund — why?
Check whether your cancellation occurred within the allowed time (4 hours for Attendees, 8 or 15 minutes for Hosts).
What does “Void” mean?
A Match cancelled with more than two participants. It closes cleanly without a Host refund if within 8 hours.
Can I edit a Match after publishing?
Only up to 4 hours before it starts. After that, you may only cancel or void it.
How can I check my Stamina or Fame?
You can view them in your personal profile.
What should I do if I don’t receive emails?
Check your spam or junk folder and make sure your registered email address is correct.
